What...How much is a color service?

Sticker shock is a real thing. But understanding the process is important.

I'm not going to tell you how expensive our products are, how much the rent is, blah blah blah. We all have business or work expenses and that's just life.

But color pricing varies based on several factors...

Time Between Visits

The longer you go between visits the more work it is to get the color your desire. it sounds crazy and a ploy to get you in sooner but its just facts. The heat from your scalp makes the color process different. If you have more the 1/2" new growth this requires two different formulas. Now we have two bowls and two different colors. 

It also may require toning or blending, again; more color. 

Skipping Maintenance

I know, you don't need the toner and trim because you have purple shampoo. STOP RIGHT THERE~ If you're using the purple shampoo too much, we have to remove it. Theres color build up ( you know because it as pigment) and now I have to match the new color to the color with build up.

Now I'm not saying purple shampoo is always bad but don't use it in place of your maintenance visit.

Make a Change

You did low maintenance all winter and now with spring on the horizon you want to make a big change. We are just as excited as you are BUT under that color you did all winter is still those old hilites from last summer. We will need to use a product to insure we don't compromise the hair and lift slow and steady. It may require more than one visit in some instances which is also going to be a jab to the hair budget.
