What do you do?  At Hairspa & Co, our guests experience spa like hair services, shop the unique store front, and go on a scent journey! All services and experiences include a stylist to guide you through the journey.

Do I need to make an appointment?  NO!  Walk ins are welcome with available time. Reservations are recommended for those needing a specific time.

How long does the experience take? Salon services are determined in consultations for timing. Shopping is at your leisure. Scent experience takes 30​-45 minutes.

When do I get my products? If you make a candle, it will be ready for you 3 hours after pouring.  Our other store products are ready immediately!

Can I book a party?  YES!!  Call or text 765.474.3223.

Do you use essential oils?  Our oils are premium fragrance oils, phthalate free.

What products do you use in the salon? We use L’Oréal Professionel Color on our guests as well as carry the hair care products. You can also find Biolage, Pureology, Dermologica, and more inside our store front or online. 

Can I bring a friend or my kids with me? When receiving a salon service we ask that only the person receiving a service be in the salon area. We welcome guests to utilize our waiting area or to shop while they wait. For scent creating, the more the merrier!

Is there a place to work while I process? Our processing bar/scent bar can seat up to 12 guests. You are welcome to plug in and work at the bar area. 

Do you charge for consultations? All consultations are free with the exception of extension consultations ($25).

Do you require a deposit? We require a card on file for all services and reservations. No show, no call is subject to full charge of service fee.​

 Can we bring food? Yes. If you are hosting an event or party (including wedding parties in salon) we allow food to be brought in. Please let us know ahead so we can make the appropriate space needed for you.
